More sketches of Hellebores, that stud my garden, also I see more and more in the gardens we are working on.

Their faces are all vey different, with subtle and pale colours , and contrasting sepals that light up the heads, some that hang down, and others that seem to smile !

I am loving the dark wine magenta chocolate type colours……always a challenge to try to capture, from a small paint tin !!
