This beautiful poppy plant, was a present for my Birthday, and has been stunning to see unfold its beautiful plump flower heads; from drooping furry pods.
The petal s reminded me of thin tissue paper, that ranged from lilac through to bluey pink…a delight to sketch;
It is a meconopsis.
